Marketing and acknowledgements
When you receive a grant from the N.C. Arts Council, you are required to use our logo with tagline. We encourage you to place this on your website, use it in your print and electronic newsletters, and on as many materials as possible. Additionally, we require all grantees to send thank you letters to their state legislators. These letters foster appreciation and understanding of the impact of our grants with people who make funding decisions.
Submit final reports
Recipients of grants from the N.C. Arts Council are required to submit a final report for each grant received. All final reports will now be submitted electronically. Head to our online grants application and reporting portal to complete your final report.
We have detailed instructions for writing your final report in our Final Report Guide [DOCX | PDF]. We strongly recommend printing out the instructions or keeping them open on a second monitor to use as a guide.
